We would like to welcome you, very warmly I might add, to Clary-Sage...

In Clary-Sage you'll never feel as though you want for anything. You're all a family, you and your loved ones, your neighbours and friends, the other townsfolk.. all of you are like a big happy family.

People are drawn to Clary-Sage, it's as if the town itself brings them in, chooses them from every country and walk of life imagineable to take up residence here and contribute to it's lifeblood.

You see... The people of Clary-Sage have roots into the earth deeper then you could ever imagine. They prosper from it with their natural products made by what the world has given them. All natural health and beauty care, fabrics and textiles weaved from the fur of the animals they keep. The products made here are distributed globally and are world renowned for not only quality but for somehow doing everything they're supposed to. Like magic..

Some people would call the population Pagans, but they don't like to classify what they are. They believe in the earth and in the sky and the wind. They dance under the stars, the moon and sun alike. They know that if they ask the earth in just the right way, everything they want can be theirs.

And most importantly... There is a tree. A Rowan Tree that stands above the town and looks down on them. That tree has been protecting the quaint village of Clary-Sage for three centuries. It's kept it happy and wealthy and made life wonderful.

But at what cost?

There's blood on the hands of the townspeople.
People move to Clary-Sage from time to time that the townspeople don't like, that the town and the tree didn't choose...
People who don't fit in.
And the townspeople feel it their duty to keep the town clean and pure.
They bury them under the Rowan Tree to thank it for alerting them to the presence of one who would not be an asset to their town.

And you know how the saying goes...

"Three times bad and three times good"

Three centuries of happiness. Three good centuries gone.

Suddenly the townspeople, the peaceful and loving neighbours you know have started acting very strangely.

But not always... Just sometimes. And what's more, they've been saying that YOU are acting just as strangely.

It's almost as if there's another you and another them out there doing horrible things. To your friends, to their pets, to their livelihood. It's almost like you have an evil twin..
